Heads up everyone, I've found a new paying PTC.

Pays 1 cent per click, and .5 cents per referral's click. First minimum cashout is at $3, increasing by $3 until the set maximum at $9.

If you're serious about making money online, and PTCs aren't doing to for you, there's other methods.
Firstly, there's CashLagoon. CashLagoon is a cash-based incentive program, paying you to complete simple, free offers.

Then, there's selling affiliate products. This is what a serious guru would do. This make's people rich. Just take a look at the Rich Jerk. Yes, I'm being paid to sell his $10 ebook. And, he'll show you how to sell it yourself. I'll warn you though, this isn't for the internet newbie.

And then there's services like Google Adsense. Basically, this is teaming up with Google to put ads on your site, that you can make money off of. See where it says 'Ads by Google' by the ads on this page? Those are delivered through Adsense. It's best if you have a website or blog for the ads.

By far, of those, CashLagoon is the easiest way to make money. But CashLagoon can't really make you rich. The other two can, if you're dedicated enough.

NoMinCashout
This is by far my favorite PTC website. You get 1 cent per click and 1 cent per referral's click. There is no minimum cashout on your first cashout, so you can test to see if they actually pay right away. I got my first payment within 2 weeks.
Note: NoMinCashout has made a lot of changes recently. I encourage you to read this post.
Another note: NoMinCashout has recently changed so that all rented referrals are either Paid or Upgraded members. This makes them more active than ever before.

A relatively new PTC. Pays $0.005 per click, and $0.005 per referral's click. On the first day, you have a upgraded member trial, giving you $0.02 per click and $0.0125 per referral's click. Proof of Payment
NeoBux
Probably the most popular PTC site out there. You get 1 cent per click, and .5 cents per referral's click. Unfortunately to get direct referrals you need to be a member for 30 days and have at least 100 clicks. On the bright side, you can still rent referrals. Proof of Payment
Bux.to
This site is going CRAZY. I saw 40 ads on there today! They pay 1 cent per click, and 1 cent per referral's click. Most people give up because you need $50 to cashout, and they can take a REALLY long time to pay, but if you just add bux.to to the list of PTCs you surf, that shouldn't be a problem. They only payout to Alertpay though, so if you don't have an account there, you might as well sign up.

Pays anywhere from 1 cent to $5 per click, but I have yet to see an ad for more than 2 cents. Instead of earning recurring money from referrals, you get 1 cent (10 cents if you're upgraded) and $2 when they upgrade.

NeoBux is probably the most popular PTC site out there. To protect the integrity of their site, you need to be a member for 30 days and have at least 100 clicks to get direct referrals. Fortunately, you can rent referrals, as with most PTC sites. There is proof all over the internet that they pay, but I have not reached minimum cashout yet ($2).
ProjectClix
Just found out about a great new PTC site today. It's called ProjectClix. They offer the usual 1 cent per click deal. I'll let you guys know when I get paid by them.

NoMinCashout
I joined NoMinCashout about a month ago. They seemed pretty stable, and looked almost too good to be true. So, naturally, I had to test to see if they would actually pay. The answer is: they do.
Since then, I've tested around, and found it's perfectly possible to profit from 'renting referrals'. I'm consistently making around $1 per day from them now, with less than 5 minutes or 'work' daily.
