Neobux paid me
Literally, less than a second after I requested I received the money. I requested $2.02 and they deducted $0.04 for processing fees. I don't mind though.

NoMinCashout makes changes to click rates, but not all hope is lost
Hello everyone. As many of you are aware, NoMinCashout is now paying only $0.0025 per click for a standard member (and, on your first day you are treated like a premium member, getting $0.02 per click). But, for only $2, you can go back up to $0.01 per click. Now, here's two ways you can get that money quickly:
CashLagoon,
which pays you to do offers, is available in most countries. How quickly you can make money varies, but generally it's very quick.
Time to make $2 = 15 - 20 minutes.
PixProfit
is a website that pays you to enter Captchas. They pay $1 per 1000 Captchas solved. Payout is at $3. It's very slow, but it's still money.
Time to make $2 = Around 1.5 hours or more.
CashLagoon pays out via PayPal, and PixProfit pays out via PayPal and Webmoney. For both you can expect to be paid within 24 hours.

What is a PTC and how can I make money online?
Initially, I was advertising this blog to people who already use PTCs, and helping them by showing them other PTCs out there. But then I started thinking, there's a lot of you out there that don't even know what a PTC is! Really, it's a great way to make money online.

PTC stands for Paid-to Click (see the Wikipedia article). These websites generally pay you 1 cent per advertisement you view for about 30 seconds. If you do the math quickly, you'll realize that's hardly anything. Enter referrals.
Most PTCs also allow you to make either 1 cent or .5 cents per advertisement your referrals view. This is where the real potential is.
But, there's another potential problem. It can be rather difficult to get more referrals once you've got everyone you know signed up. That's where renting referrals comes in. Most sites let you rent referrals for 30 days. The prices vary from site to site, but generally you'll profit. You can get a much more detailed guide to making money with using PTCs in this free ebook.
So you're interested in PTCs? I recommend you try out Neobux first, since they have been around for a while and have a good reputation of paying instantly when you request cashout (a minimum of $2). They pay via Paypal and Alertpay.
I'll also warn you, a lot of PTCs are scams, but there are definitely a lot that do pay. I keep track of them on this list.

Firstly, there's CashLagoon. CashLagoon is a cash-based incentive program, paying you to complete simple, free offers.

Then, there's selling affiliate products. This is what a serious guru would do. This make's people rich. Just take a look at the Rich Jerk. Yes, I'm being paid to sell his $10 ebook. And, he'll show you how to sell it yourself. I'll warn you though, this isn't for the internet newbie.

And then there's services like Google Adsense. Basically, this is teaming up with Google to put ads on your site, that you can make money off of. See where it says 'Ads by Google' by the ads on this page? Those are delivered through Adsense. It's best if you have a website or blog for the ads.

This is by far my favorite PTC website. You get 1 cent per click and 1 cent per referral's click. There is no minimum cashout on your first cashout, so you can test to see if they actually pay right away. I got my first payment within 2 weeks.

This site is going CRAZY. I saw 40 ads on there today! They pay 1 cent per click, and 1 cent per referral's click. Most people give up because you need $50 to cashout, and they can take a REALLY long time to pay, but if you just add bux.to to the list of PTCs you surf, that shouldn't be a problem. They only payout to Alertpay though, so if you don't have an account there, you might as well sign up.

Pays anywhere from 1 cent to $5 per click, but I have yet to see an ad for more than 2 cents. Instead of earning recurring money from referrals, you get 1 cent (10 cents if you're upgraded) and $2 when they upgrade.

NeoBux is probably the most popular PTC site out there. To protect the integrity of their site, you need to be a member for 30 days and have at least 100 clicks to get direct referrals. Fortunately, you can rent referrals, as with most PTC sites. There is proof all over the internet that they pay, but I have not reached minimum cashout yet ($2).
ProjectClix
Just found out about a great new PTC site today. It's called ProjectClix. They offer the usual 1 cent per click deal. I'll let you guys know when I get paid by them.

NoMinCashout
I joined NoMinCashout about a month ago. They seemed pretty stable, and looked almost too good to be true. So, naturally, I had to test to see if they would actually pay. The answer is: they do.
Since then, I've tested around, and found it's perfectly possible to profit from 'renting referrals'. I'm consistently making around $1 per day from them now, with less than 5 minutes or 'work' daily.
